To close your account, submit a request to our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed. A separate policy applies to inactive accounts with no activity for more than 12 months.

• A monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 may be deducted from inactive accounts
• Account balances cannot be accessed while an account is suspended
• If an account is closed due to a breach of six66's terms, any bonus winnings may be forfeited
• Accounts closed for legitimate reasons will have their original deposited balance returned
